Our Process. From site walk to handover.
Every project runs the same disciplined sequence. Documented, testable, warranted — no shortcuts, no surprises.

Site Assessment
We walk the site, read the substrate, and check moisture, existing membranes, cracks, falls and penetrations.
- Moisture reading
- Crack mapping
- Fall verification
- Penetration audit

Substrate Preparation
Grinding, patching, screed correction, sheet substrate installation where required. Membranes fail on bad substrates — this is where most contractors cut corners. We don't.
- Contaminant removal
- Screed to fall 1:80
- Crack routing & filling
- Sheet substrate to spec

Detailing & Priming
Bond breakers, waterstops, cove beads, priming per manufacturer. This is where compliance is won or lost — the details before the main membrane.
- Bond breaker at all junctions
- Waterstop at penetrations
- Correct primer per substrate
- Reinforcement fabric at details

Membrane Application
Two coats minimum, cross-applied, to full manufacturer DFT. Wet-film gauge checked on liquid systems, seam-tested on sheet systems.
- First coat rolled to spec
- Cure to touch verified
- Second coat cross-applied
- DFT confirmed

Flood Test & QA
Every wet area and balcony flood-tested minimum 24 hours. Photo documentation. Any failure — we rectify before handover.
- Drains plugged
- Water level marked
- 24–72h duration
- Photo record

Warranty & Handover
Compliance certificate, product data sheets, warranty documentation. Every job leaves our site with a paper trail.
- Compliance certificate
- Product data sheets
- 10 YR warranty issued
- Photo record archived
