Flat roofs are unforgiving. We install torch-on bituminous, PVC single-ply and reinforced liquid systems specified to the roof deck and traffic profile.
Ponding, blistered old membrane, failed flashings at parapets and penetrations.
Strip to deck, prime, install manufacturer-approved system with mechanically fixed or fully-adhered laps, upstands returned 150 mm minimum.

Can you overlay the existing membrane?+
Sometimes — depends on adhesion, moisture content and substrate condition. We test before quoting overlay vs strip.
Which is better, torch-on or PVC?+
Torch-on is proven and cheap on straightforward roofs. PVC handles complex geometry and lives longer. We recommend per project.
Do you work on occupied buildings?+
Yes — we sequence work zones and use cold-applied systems where torch work isn't permitted.
What about solar arrays?+
We install penetration flashings for panel mounts, or specify a walkway pad system for maintenance access.
Insurance for hot work?+
$20M public liability including hot works, plus daily hot-work permits and fire watch.
