Basement Waterproofing
Below-ground structures fight constant hydrostatic pressure. We tank basements, lift pits and retaining walls with membrane systems engineered for permanent submersion.
Ingress through cold joints, tie-bolts and construction defects. Efflorescence, damp odour, corroded reo, and eventually spalled concrete.
Positive-side PVC sheet or bentonite pre-applied where new; negative-side polyurethane and acrylate injection for existing structures. All penetrations detailed with hydrophilic waterstop.

What we deliver.
Common questions.
Can you fix an active leak without excavation?+
Yes — polyurethane injection is designed exactly for negative-side repair. We drill through the wall, inject expanding resin, and seal from the wet side without touching the exterior.
How long does a basement tank take?+
A typical 120 m² residential basement takes 5–8 working days including flood testing.
Do you provide compliance certificates?+
Yes — every project ships with a completion certificate referencing AS 4654 and product data sheets for the specific membrane installed.
What about wet weather during install?+
PVC sheet and injection work through wet conditions. Liquid membranes get postponed — substrate moisture matters.
Can you work with our builder's program?+
We integrate with the trade sequence — pre-applied membranes go down before slab pour, negative-side work happens on programmed hold points.
