Every shower, bathroom and laundry gets built to AS 3740:2021 — no exceptions. We install Class III membranes with certificates.
Non-compliant membranes fail early and void insurance. Cheap sealant at wall-floor junctions cracks within a year.

What is Class III?+
The highest membrane class under AS 4858 — required for showers over habitable rooms and areas with structural movement.
Do you provide the compliance certificate?+
Yes — required in Victoria and part of every job.
Can we tile the same day?+
No. Membrane must cure fully — typically 24 hours minimum before tiling.
What changed in AS 3740:2021?+
Tighter fall requirements, extended membrane heights in showers without screens, and clearer detail at hobless showers.
Do you do the tiling too?+
We're specialist waterproofers. We coordinate with your tiler and hand over a certified substrate.
