Do you do fire-rated caulking?+
Yes — Hilti CFS certified installer. Every penetration tagged and documented for building certifier.
Can you caulk over old silicone?+
No. Removal is non-negotiable — new sealant won't bond.
How straight can the line be?+
Masking-tape discipline. We mask, apply, tool, then pull tape while wet. Bead lines are consistent and sharp.
Minimum job size?+
No minimum for existing clients. New jobs typically $500 minimum call-out.
Do you work weekends?+
Yes — commercial fit-outs often demand it.
